MDL Marinas Group (MDL) is the UK’s leading owner, operator and developer of leisure marinas. The company is privately owned and operates at 19 locations along the UK south coast and the non-tidal section of the Thames. The developments offer full serviced leisure berthing along with a mix of commercial and residential property, holiday parks and boat yards.
The MDL team includes experienced and professionally qualified specialists in all facets of marina development and marina operations. As well as the UK base, MDL has offices in France, Italy and Spain with experienced representatives in each country. During the course of 45 years operating in the marina sector we have developed a complete in-house management and development resource that is not only self sufficient but broad in its experience and knowledge.
The beautiful locations of our marinas deserve special consideration if we are to enjoy them in years to come. MDL recognises that virtually all the activities of the Company, and that of our customers and tenants, have some impact on the environment. Led by the Property Director the team is made up of three Estates Managers each managing a portfolio of Marinas, and a Building & Development Manager managing projects across the Marina portfolio.
