As the Continuous Improvements Coordinator, your main purpose is to ensure that DC performs efficiently and to develop and implement continuous Improvement projects using Lean Management methodology to reduce operational costs.
My client is a leading manufacturing organisation with multiple sites internationally. They are currently looking to add an experienced Continuous Improvement & Process Leader to their site on the outskirts of Glasgow.
This position is responsible for planning, developing and leading the materials team to ensure that customer demand is met, and that there is continuous focus on improving the processes on site.
