As the world continues to adapt to the changing business landscape in response to the global health emergency, it is crucial to ensure that your people are well supported, both in their working and personal lives. For many, navigating the changes and uncertainty surrounding the situation has led to increasing anxiety and rising stresses. Naturally, concerns for individuals’ mental and physical wellbeing are high on the business agenda, but a large part of offering support in these areas is providing guidance in managing financial wellbeing.

To ensure we can continue assisting our customers, and with a strong focus on the welfare of professionals across the UK, we hosted this webinar where our speakers, Sheri Hughes and Darren Laverty, covered the below topics:

  • Working from home with children
  • Employee motivation and wellbeing
  • Financial wellbeing
  • The why and psychology of making a positive change
  • Identifying future objectives and goals
  •  Being less emotional when spending - save first, spend later
