After launching our Birmingham office at the end of 2012 we can’t believe how fast time has gone and how quickly we’ve established our brand in the Midlands. We’ve had overwhelming success in the HR and senior PA/office manager market and are looking to expand the team so we can better support administrative and support roles. With an established temp market in Birmingham we are finding that the quality of our candidates and the standards we’re setting are going down well with existing PageGroup relationships as well as new clients who are coming to us based on reputation and word of mouth.
We have found that there is a shortage of experienced high calibre PAs on the Birmingham market and despite a prestigious range of clients in the city centre, the flow of candidates has been a challenge. However we have focused on the passive candidate base and are working hard to bring them to market using social media to demonstrate the volume of roles and ensure we maintain that exclusive relationship with them. This coupled with our increased advertising spend, LinkedIn group and growing network means we’re confident we can find the right calibre individuals and supply you with the best talent in the market.
