Global recruitment specialist PageGroup was last night recognised as one of the UKs top employers for the eleventh time at the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For 2017 awards, which measures how engaged people are at work and how they feel about their employer.
Since making the list for the first time in 2005, PageGroup has consistently reinforced its commitment to improve employee engagement by creating a positive and encouraging work environment for its people. PageGroup’s determination to encourage career progression internally has also been recognised with the two-star accreditation, which acknowledges excellence in workplace engagement. 
Best Companies has been recognising outstanding employee engagement for almost 20 years with a comprehensive survey that gathers anonymous opinion from employees on their team, their employer, workplace life and wellbeing within the company. 
The results of this survey help PageGroup to ensure a real progression in employee satisfaction as well as providing the best possible environment for personal growth within the company.
