Page Personnel are recruiting for a Customer Service Support Officer role based in Doncaster for Europe's leading manufacturer and provider of personal and home reassurance solutions. The company design, manufacture, supply and install solutions and provide after-sales service to its partners throughout the UK. This role will be a weekend role only.
As Customer Service Support officer your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to answering and handling inbound calls and emails providing support for the customer throughout and providing a solution to resolve. There is an admin side to the role to help schedule engineers and rota them to call outs. Must be able to work weekends only.
The Successful Applicant
As Customer Service Support Officer, My client is looking for someone who has a high level of customer service to offer, administration and organisation skills, Good level of computer skills using Microsoft packages, previous experience within a call centre would be beneficial but full training will be provided.
