The role of Transport Operations Coordinator in Tamworth will involve:

  • The accurate inputting of data onto the system.
  • Using multiple systems at the same time.
  • Managing and chasing delivery and driver documentation.
  • Liaising with 3rd party hauliers.
  • Customer service.
  • Dealing with sales ledger queries.
  • General administration tasks.
  • Out-of-hours customer support.
