Job Description

As the Trainee Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Be the first point of contact for all inbound calls and answer in line with internal procedures
  • Logging calls on to the system
  • Resolving queries/escalating queries to the correct department
  • Hitting KPIs

The Successful Applicant

In order to be considered for the role, you must:

  • Have a keen interest in customer service based positions
  • Be available on short notice
  • Be confident in using computers
  • Be able to verbally articulate yourself confidently
  • Be able to adapt to different situations
