A really exciting and modern consultancy business that work across all sectors and across the whole of the UK. This role is all about B2B Telesales and requires the ability to meet targets whilst making outgoing business development calls.

  • This is a role where you will be permanently work from home.
  • The business will give you an allowance to but a suitable desk and chair and will provide phone, PC and Screen.
  • You must get WiFi 35 Mbbs Download - 100% essential they will not employ you unless you either have this or get this once offered a job.

Job Description

Telesales / Phone Sales (B2B) - Permanent Work From Home:

  • Undertake sales activity - Out going business development calls
  • Hitting B2B sales targets - This is a core requirement
  • Identify and prospect potential members to generate sales appointments using various methods; online market research, company database and leads via their active marketing team and web site
  • To hit targets and KPIs
  • To assist in the business development and expansion of other commercial services when requested



Principal Responsibilities:

  • Following up leads using the telephone, this is a volume based telesales role
  • 100+ dials a day
  • 3 to 3.5 hours of connected calls
  • Min of one sale a day

The Successful Applicant

Telesales / Phone Sales (B2B) - Permanent Work From Home:

  • You will have B2B Telesales experience - 9 months +
  • You will be able to work successfully in work from home environment
  • To portray a professional visual and verbal image at all times
  • To undertake training as required

What's on Offer

Salary of circa £16,000 to £23,000 dependant upon experience. Commission scheme which should allow you to earn circa £28,000 to £32,000 for hitting target and the commission is uncapped and some colleagues earn £50,000 + in this role.
