Customer Service - Technical Support Adviser: The company, a world leader in innovation, manufacturing and security are looking for an individual keen to answer technical queries from engineers and fitters who are out on site.

The successful candidate will work in the Technical Support team, provide technical support for escalated issues, support quality investigations and dealing with lots of incoming calls.

Job Description

Customer Service - Technical Support Adviser:

  • You will deal with Business to Business (B2B) customer service
  • You will provide technical support to engineers in the field
  • You will learn technical knowledge on several security and network products
  • You will be speaking on the phone in a relatively high volume call centre
  • You will be expected to write emails and communicate technical data
  • You will be expected to build relationships internally

You are likely to enjoy technical conversation, computer games and facts based riddles games and challenges

The Successful Applicant

Customer Service - Technical Support Adviser:

  • You will have customer service experience from retail, call centre or other customer facing role
  • You will be keen to learn technical data and facts about the products
  • You will build a relationship with engineers who call in with queries
  • You will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to write credible emails
  • You will be available to work 8 am - 8 pm Mon - Sat - Although you will actually work circa 40 hours a week and only one weekend in 4.
  • You are likely to enjoy technical conversation, computer games and facts based riddles games and challenges

What's on Offer

The starting salary is £19,000 but this company offer fantastic training and promotion structure and if you progress well you can be promoted once or twice a year and each promotion is worth circa £1000.Please note: You will be available to work 8 am - 8 pm Mon - Sat - Although you will actually work circa 40 hours a week and only one weekend in 4.
