Job Description

The Key Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing team finances including managing POs, invoices and other team budgets and finances
  • Manage the internal communications inbox, screens, suggestions boxes and other channels as appropriate. o Manage the team calendar, ensuring it is up to date o Booking meeting rooms for team activities
  • Communications-based activities
  • Designing and producing communications to all staff through our digital signage (TV screens)
  • Manage new starters/levers and internal move process o Produce articles for intranet, as required Intranet-based activities o Uploading documents to intranet
  • Managing the assurance process for content on intranet o Maintaining image library for intranet


  • Managing the Internal Communications email inbox, responding promptly to requests from the businesses ·
  • Supporting the delivery of all-staff events and internal workshops ·
  • Monthly, weekly and daily updating, editing and deleting content and pages from Pigeonhole ·
  • Participation in weekly team meetings ·
  • Supporting team members in the editing and designing of internal communications (including digital, posters, desk drops) · Encouraging cross-departmental working by supporting the roll out of social activities across the business
  • Ensuring that purchase orders are fulfilled on time and accurately ·
  • Supporting team members on projects as required

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must have the following experience:

  • Diary management experience
  • Experience booking meetings
  • Invoicing experience
  • Experience responding to inbox queries

They should also have:

  • A passion for social causes and a string social purpose
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
