This role sits alongside the HR Director and will support Recruitment across EMEA. You will usually have 4 live roles at a time.
Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist- Technology will be responsible for:
- Sourcing the best talent to work for multiple sites across the UK and EMEA using your network, linkedin recruiter, job boards and supplier partners
- Building relevant shortlists for hiring managers to review
- Working with stakeholders across the business to identify recruitment needs
- Educating stakeholders on recruitment market situations and the availability of candidates
- Managing several spreadsheets and trackers, organising cost per hire and time per hire
- Uploading and updating HR systems and ensuring personal information is saved correctly
- Onboarding new starters, ensuring IT equipment is sent out in a timely manner
- Supporting the HR Director with general HR related queries
The Successful Applicant
The Talent Acquisition Specialist- Technology will have the following:
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally across EMEA, is essential
- Organised with great attention to detail
- Excellent soft skills and understanding of how to negotiate with internal stakeholders effectively
- Desire to get involved in projects across the wider business
