Page Personnel are supporting a highly successful and growing organisation based in Birmingham with the appointment of a Talent Acquisition Partner to join a busy and expanding team.
This role offers a mix of office and home working.
Job Description
Working as part of a busy Talent Acquisition team, the role of Talent Acquisition Partner is exciting and varied, allowing for the opportunity to get involved in end to end recruitment as well as strategic projects.
The role will include but not limited to:
- Taking responsibility for end to end recruitment for a wide range of roles, liaising with stakeholders to offer advise on the best approach. Also ensuring the candidates have a positive journey
- Support with employee branding projects
- Support with the improvement of the career website
- Support with strategies around high-volume recruitment campaigns and projects

Ideal candidates will have a proven recruitment background and looking for an exciting challenge.
