Job Description

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Facilitating the entire recruitment process from posting job ads to onboarding new hires
  • Tracking key recruiting KPIs
  • Improving candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Organising and attending job fairs and recruitment events
  • Maintaining candidate databases
  • Performing other duties as required

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Acquisition Coordinator should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • A passion for the industrial/manufacturing industry
