About Our Client
A reputable University in London with other campuses across the country.
The University provides a range of Undergraduate, Postgraduate and weekend study courses.
Key tasks will include:
- Customer service- Helping students with queries, relaying the correct information back to them. Common queries are to do with courses, fees and visa's
- Administrative support- helping with taking bank details, updated personal details and course information from the students
- Undertaking front desk work- a student facing role where you will be assisting students in person as they drop in as well as over the phone
- Process any changes in student records, dealing with confidential information
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must have at least one years experience in an office administration / customer service type role. You must also have had some experience of providing customer service.
Personality is key; you will be polite, motivated, helpful and happy with a varied role
What's on Offer
Candidates will be offered a 12 month FTC
The role is reduced hours, Monday to Friday. Monday (11.00 - 18.00) Tuesday - Friday (12.00 - 18.00)
Candidates will be offered £24,000 with very generous annual leave and pension contributions.
