Job Description

The Student Recruitment Coordinator - 6 month FTC will be responsible for:

  • Organising recruitment events
  • Manage candidates throughout recruitment process providing an exceptional candidate experience
  • Monitoring cancellations from candidates and assessors, as and when these occur flagging any issues to the manager
  • Screening of applications
  • Manage centralised recruitment in boxes
  • Processing of expenses
  • Produce and calculate reports on to evaluate recruitment events
  • Respond to telephone enquiries
  • Delivery of internal and external events with schools, universities and students
  • Sending meeting requests and joining instructions
  • Booking venues and organising catering
  • Liaise and build relationship with key stakeholders such as colleagues at schools and university careers services

The Successful Applicant

The Student Recruitment - 6 month FTC will have

  • An interest in recruitment
  • First class communication skills
  • Highly organised
  • Strong IT skills including Excel, Power Point, databases and internet research
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Be able to work at pace
  • Self-motivated to work autonomously and also a good team player
