About Our Client

As a Sourcing Partner you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:
-Managing the recruitment cycle end to end, recruiting across the corporate functions of the business.
-You will be managing a high volume of roles at times, sourcing for candidates, scheduling interviews, networking and headhunting.
-You will also be getting involved in stakeholder management and also exciting projects as the firm continues to progress its recruitment function.
This role has the opportunity to turn permanent for the right candidate.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1.5 years recruitment experience, either agency or internal. You will ideally have recruited roles into the Corporate Functions of a Professional business. You must have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment and be able to work well within a team.
