Job Description

The Service Charge Finance Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Provide data cleansing for business as usual service charge processes
  • Provide progress updates on data cleansing activities and escalate any issues found
  • Input into testing as required for asset and contract cost data related defects/queries
  • Input into governance and training materials relating to asset data quality
  • Liaise and work with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and queries
  • Provide adequate supporting documentation for notes relating to the preparation of cleansed data and data governance processes

The Successful Applicant

The successful Service Charge Administrator:

  • Experience of working within service charge and/or financial department
  • Experience in data analysis, identifying issues and data validation
  • Highly efficient in office administration
  • Organised and experience of managing conflicting priorities
  • Experience of working with systems and databases.
  • Experience of collecting, interpreting and providing information.
  • Experience of delivering a customer focused service.
