Job Description

Key duties of this Senior HR Administrator;

  • Managing the HR Administration
  • Supporting the HR Advisors and Business partners across a variety of tasks
  • Collating HR information and data such as starters, leavers, absences etc.
  • Manage the accuracy of data from 4 systems into 1 using excel to collate and format into a usable format
  • Data Entry
  • Scanning HR Forms

The Successful Applicant

Senior HR Administrator experience and characteristics;

  • Prior HR administration experience and an continued interest in HR
  • Good Excel skills to take data/information from 4 systems into excel for ease of use of HR Managers
  • Great attention to detail
  • Confidence using MS Office
