Job Description

  • Manage and maintain the ERP system to process customer information.
  • Collaborate with the sales and production department to streamline operations.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, and report preparation.
  • Ensure all order schedules are accurately recorded and updated.
  • Coordinate with various teams to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers regarding changes.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines.
  • Assist in other administrative duties as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Scheduling Administrator should have:
