Job Description
As a Sales Trainer you will responsible for training and developing the current telesales department and all new starters that join the business.
Duties include
Delivery regular refresher training
Structured one to one coaching
Ensuring all coaching is documented effectively
Maintain a full and developed understanding of the services the company offers
Working closely within the Sales Manager and the Training Manager
The Successful Applicant
Experience or working within a similar training and development role
Previous sales experience
Experience of working within a supervisory based role
