Page Personnel are currently working with a reputable business, based in Sheffield, who are looking for a Sales Administrator to joint their growing team on a permanent basis. The client are a well established local manufacturing business with lots of sites across the UK who are going through a period of growth.

Job Description

As a Sales Administrator, your main duties and responsibilities will include processing a large volume of customer orders through internal CRM systems, dealing with customer queries over both telephone and email, dealing with customer complaints and resolving these in a timely manner, managing the whole delivery process from start to finish ensuring the product arrives to its designated location at the allocated time, liaising with other teams within the business, general administrative duties and other adhoc customer service duties.

The successful Sales Administrator will have the following attributes:

  • Experience working in a similar role previously
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
