About Our Client
Page Personnel are currently working with an industry leading IT business to recruit a Sales Administrator based at their Pocklington office.
As a Sales Administrator you will be, responsible for answering all incoming customer calls, responding to customer enquiries via multiple mailboxes, processing sales orders on a bespoke in-house system, providing quotes to customers, ordering parts ensuring SLA's are met, replying to all company feedback, managing social media platforms, updating client records, streamlined back-office services, produced and distributed monthly reports using Excel knowledge, providing administrative support to internal departments and ensuring the smooth running of the Administrative function.
The Successful Applicant
You will have previous experience of working in an administrative/customer service environment, extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for attention to details and the ability to communicate with people on all levels.
