Job Description

Regional Sales Administrator duties and responsibilities

  • Manage Order Processing to ensure our customers receive high quality data on time, the correct product with maximum benefit.
  • Prepare quotations accurately and a timely manner to distributors/dealers
  • Processing of orders from dealers/distributors
  • Coordinate deliveries with the dealer/distributor.
  • Maintain customer master data according to company standards.
  • Maintain data and change requests
  • Manage stock process to ensure local stock remains live and accurate at all times
  • Manage order book and deliveries to reflect customer requirements.
  • Maintain UK deliveries.
  • Liaison with warehouse to ensure all delivery instructions relayed.
  • Inbound customer service calls.
  • Handle return shipments.
  • Import Handling
  • Check and file all import documents from customs brokers.
  • Reconcile all imports on a daily basis.
  • Intrastat reporting (or alternative)

The Successful Applicant

Regional Sales Administrator experience, skills and characteristics required;

  • 12 months previous customer service / order processing experience.
  • Order Processing Knowledge
  • Excel - Intermediate (include vlookup, pivot tables, sumif)
  • Is proactive, enthusiastic and open minded.
  • Displays high level of self-motivation at all times.
  • Has a solutions based mindset
  • Is a team player, helpful, shows empathy
  • customer orientated
  • Prior experience in engineering, manufacturing or an industrial area would be beneficial
