About Our Client
A Leading HA and Developer based throughout London and the South, within their busy West Neighbourhood Regeneration project team.
The post holder will work with a wide range of internal and external partners and stakeholders throughout the planning and on-site process. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships, community engagement and delivering a programme of consultation events. The post holder will be responsible for managing and monitoring the Community Board and supporting board members to oversee the regeneration of South Acton. The role will involve representing the RSL at tenant and homeowner meetings and events, which will involve some evening meetings and weekend work.
The Successful Applicant
You'll need to have experience of project management, communications and customer engagement. A background in housing and regeneration will be an advantage. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to positively influence key decision makers.

What's on Offer
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regeneration Coordinator to join a Leading HA and Developer in their busy Regeneration Team in the West London Neighbourhood. This is an initial 12 month FTC opportunity and the successful candidate will work a Mon - Fri working week, with a very competitive salary of £30,000 to £37,000 per annum plus an excellent array of benefits.
