Key responsibilities - Recruitment Coordinator:

  • Managing the Recruitment process from end to end
  • First point of contact for candidates and clients
  • Actively sourcing candidates
  • Reviewing CV's
  • Creating job adverts on job boards
  • Communicating with Recruitment Consultants and building relationships

The Successful Applicant

Successful candidate - Recruitment Coordinator:

  • 2 years experience in Recruitment, ideally in Financial Services
  • A good understanding of the Recruitment life cycle
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
