Job Description

The successful Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for:

Sourcing candidates through various avenues and vetting them to ensure we have the best candidates in the current market on our books
Working with clients to provide them with the best possible solution at that time
Negotiating fees in line with our terms and conditions
Managing and developing relationships with candidates and clients
Producing new leads for the business through business development to provide further revenue for the company
Providing a consultative approach to both clients and candidates to manage their expectations within the market
