Job Description
This Recruitment Consultant position based in Reading will involve the following responsibilities:
- Building new relationships as well as maintaining current ones between clients and candidates.
- Generating new business as well as maintaining existing client relationships.
- Managing the recruitment process start to finish and beyond.
- Generating and screening candidates for their next career.
- Setting up/attending client meetings.
- Negotiating fees and candidate salaries with clients.
- Achieve your development targets/KPIs.
