Job Description

You will be responsible for daily duties such as:

  • Sourcing and registering relevant candidates
  • Making outbound business development calls to grow our client base
  • Arranging meetings with clients and candidates to understand their needs in more detail
  • Managing the full recruitment process when working with clients to fill vacancies from short listing relevant candidates, arranging interviews, taking feedback and dealing with offer management.
