Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing front of house customer service to visitors, checking them in efficiently, and notifying their respective hosts
  • Administrative support such as booking meeting rooms, processing invoices, and diary management
  • Taking phone calls and responding to internal and external email queries
  • Ensuring a tidy and professional reception area at all times
  • Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of policies (on-site catering, first aid, cleaning, etc.)

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative customer-facing role
  • Clear and articulate communication
  • Exceptional time management and organisation
  • The ability to take initiative both as an individual and in a team setting
  • A friendly outgoing demeanour
  • The willingness and ability to be on-site in central London 5 days a week
