About Our Client
Our client is a successful Financial Services business who have over 20 offices based across the UK. They are one of the largest businesses within their field and have positioned themselves at the forefront of their market.
As the Receptionist you will:
Provide a warm, courteous and prompt welcome on arrival for all visitors, handle all incoming telephone calls promptly, provide assistance for meeting room bookings and liaise with relevant parties, carry out regular checks of the meeting rooms on site to ensure correct set up and readiness for client use, advise of any maintenance issues, liaise with all visitors, collate all reception and hospitality statistics, maintain suitable stationary stocks and any other ad hoc duties.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Receptionist will:
- Have experience in a Receptionist role - essential
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible - essential
- Worked in a corporate office previously - desirable
