About Our Client
The client is a large, leading retail brand, they are well known in many departments stores and have plans on growing. They have a new office in London and are looking to grow their team and on the look out for a receptionist.
Job Description
You will provide an efficient and courteous front of house and administrative support service to staff and visitors to the office, as well as office support duties, to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the office.
As well as the front face of reception, you will usually be the first voice heard when contacting the office by telephone. It is therefore essential that the Receptionist has an excellent telephone manner.
* General upkeep of the office
* Arrange & coordinate travel
* Deliveries, stock and storage
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have previous experience in reception/front of house work. They will have an excellent telephone manner, be friendly and be willing to partake in multiple duties. It is a must the candidate is vaccinated.
