We are currently seeking a dedicated, professional Receptionist for a temporary-to-permanent position in our Secretarial & Business Support department. The selected individual will play a crucial role in managing reception duties and providing exceptional client service within our Professional Services industry.

Job Description

  • Manage reception area and handle all reception duties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Assist with administrative tasks for the Secretarial & Business Support department.
  • Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain cleanliness in the reception area.
  • Support the organization of company events and meetings.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to the professional standards of the industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Receptionist' should have:

  • An educational background relevant to the Professional Services industry, ideally Law.
  • Previous Catering experience, this role is heavy on the catering so this is a MUST!
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Heart and sole with Front of House duties, the people within this company value being apart of the team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
