This new role will help standardise various processes including the customer quotation process and order processing. As a key member of the team you will work closely with the commercial sales & operations teams throughout global markets, including local Fluenta sales offices in the UK, Kuala Lumpur, Dubai and HoustonJob DescriptionFluenta is looking for a talented individual with a solid grounding in managing customer quotations processes, ideally within Salesforce. The ideal candidate will not only have a deep understanding of optimising sales quotation processes but will also have wide experience in interpreting technical RFQs, ideally within the energy sector.Responsibilities: Create detailed and accurate quotations for products or services based on customer requirements, pricing strategies, and company guidelines.Tailor quotes to meet the specific needs and preferences of clients, ensuring that all relevant terms, conditions, and pricing structures are clearly outlinedManage the internal approval process for quotations, ensuring that they align with the company's pricing policies and are approved by relevant stakeholders before being sent to customers.Work closely with sales teams to ensure that quotes align with sales strategies and customer expectationsGather and communicate customer feedback regarding quotations to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.Maintain an organised system for tracking all quotations, including their status, validity periods, and associated customer interactions.Develop and implement standardised processes for quotation management to improve efficiency and accuracy.Ensure that all quotations comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.Contribute to customer retention efforts by delivering high-quality, timely quotations that enhance customer satisfaction.The Successful ApplicantIdeally a Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience equivalent to circa 5 years of hands-on experience in an inside sales or customer success team, preferably within the energy industry.Proven experience in interpreting and responding to technical RFQs.Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionality, including report and dashboard creation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.You will be bright and ambitious in your own career ambitions What's on OfferSalary circa £40,000 - £45,000 and benefits package commensurate with level of role.
