Job Description

  • Manage all transactions related to accounts payable.
  • Handle payment processes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Monitor and reconcile invoices and statements.
  • Maintain accurate and complete financial records.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve financial processes.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
  • Provide support to other team members as required.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant:

  • Ideally be studying or have studied towards AAT - not essential
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
