Job Description

  • Manage all purchasing transactions.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers.
  • Collaborate with the team to complete duties as needed.
  • Maintain and update supplier information as necessary.
  • Reconcile purchase orders with invoices.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
  • Support with other finance projects as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel.
  • Knowledge of accounting software.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
