A fantastic client with key finance offices based in Chorley, are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join them ASAP.

Job Description

As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be reporting into the Purchase Ledger Manager.

Duties will include, however aren't limited too; processing invoices, reconciling to purchase orders, monthly reconciliation of supplier statements, processing business expense claims, processing BACs claims, resolving internal and external queries and ad hoc duties as required.

  • Knowledge of working in a similar role previously - Essential
  • Confident in processing high volumes of invoices & queries - Essential
  • Confident user of MS Excel - Essential
