About Our Client

My client are a very well-established Manufacturing business based in Uckfield seeking a Purchase Ledger Assistant - Hybrid. They operate on a hybrid working basis.

Job Description

Reporting to Purchase Ledger Manager your role will be involved in supporting an experienced Purchase Ledger Team, co-ordinating the processing and payment of invoices, business partnering with sites across both the UK and across the world. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing high volume purchase invoices as directed by team
  • Monthly Accrual calculations
  • Matching invoices with POs and Goods Received
  • Raising bank transactions and processing on the system
  • Reconciliation of Supplier Statements
  • Ad hoc projects as required by the business

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in your application for Purchase Ledger Assistant - Hybrid, you should have:

  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Manufacturing experience advantageous
  • Multi-currency experience advantageous
