About Our Client
The client are a well established property company. They have offices across London, but this is based in their office in Hampstead.
Job Description
You will be looking after a portfolio of predominantly period properties across the North London region. You will be dealing with tenancy agreements, overseeing cyclical and reactive maintenance, determine rates and dealing with queries from tenants and landlords.
The Successful Applicant
You will have worked as a Property Manager previously with significant experience in property management. You will be customer service focused, organised and really professional.
