Interim opportunity available for a Project Administrator
Joining a Project Management organisation initially for 6 months
About Our Client
The client is a Project Management organisation based in central London.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with Project Directors across the business to support them with their Project work
- Administrative support to the Project e.g. helping send out event invites, collating attendees, helping track budget spending and helping research and prepare reports.
- Liaison with key stakeholders across the business
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must have really strong communication skills as the role will involve interacting with high level stakeholders across the business.
Candidates will have strong administrative experience and Project Coordination experience would be beneficial.
Candidates MUST be confident in using Excel and be able to work with large volumes of data.
What's on Offer
Candidates will be offered a 6 month temporary assignment as a Project Support Officer in the first instance. This is covering a secondment so could potentially lead to a permanent role later down the line.
Candidates will be offered a role between £24k-£26k.
This role will be based in Central London.
