Job Description
- Handling the People data processes and producing strong MI reports.
- Reporting into the People Analytics Manager.
- Data ingestion, transformation and optimism into Power BI reports to meet stakeholder requirements
- Drive value through advanced SQL and DAX knowledge
The Successful Applicant
- Have advanced experience in the use of DAX for Power BI
- Complex and large SQL Server estates experience
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work through complex issues and demonstrate understanding of the detail whilst holding the bigger possibility
- Strong project management skills with excellent levels of self-motivation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with colleagues from different backgrounds
