PMO Administrator role in FTSE 250 consultancy
6 Month contract - likely to become permanent
About Our Client
They are a FTSE 250 Consultancy with offices across the world. This role is located in their head office in Holborn. The atmosphere is fast paced and hard working but really friendly and supportive.
You will be working as part of a team of 3. You will report into the PMO Manager and work with a PMO Analyst. You will work with the project delivery, finance and other support teams to help improve the centralised administration. You will support the project delivery teams with administration activities to help drive compliance to mandated processes and tools. This is a really good opportunity for a strong Administrator to work in a 6 month contract role that will likely become permanent.
The Successful Applicant
- Having previously worked with an online purchasing system eg Oracle, SAP or Netsuite would be an advantage
- Previously have worked in a co-ordinator and/or administrator role
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be very confident on MS Office packages especially Excel
- Be really personable and have good communication skills
