Job Description

Responsibilities for the PL team leader

  • Ensuring the purchase ledger systems and processes are robust to cope with project growth plans of the company
  • Controlling the purchase ledger mailbox, posting supplier documents
  • Payment Runs
  • Ensuring invoices are coded correctly
  • Ensuring the allocations of supplier payments are completed on a daily basis
  • Making sure the master data is maintained and cleaned on a regular basis
  • Review and resolve any debit balances on the ledger as necessary
  • Complete timely supplier statement reconciliations to ensure the supplier ledgers are complete
