Job Description
Role Overview:
To create technically and commercially correct proposals for Process Gas Analyser Products & Systems based on customer requirements with opportunity with experience for involvement with Project Management of System Integration Projects.
Main Accountabilities - Responsibilities, Tasks & Interactions:
- Ability to read and understand technical enquiry documents from customers
- Prepare basic design concept and requirements
- Use internal tools to generate analyser configurations and pricing
- Liaise with the factories, sales, service, technical and/or third parties as required
- Obtain compliant quotations from sales and/or third parties
- Formulate accurate cost models
- Enter, log and track opportunities in departmental standard tools
- Ensure terms and conditions are reviewed and qualified by contracts specialists
- Preparation of quotation documents and prequalification information if required
- Review orders received and organise project handover, where required
- Site visits for client meeting, site survey's, etc
- Create & manage project schedules
- Manage project budgets and schedules
- Review of design drawings and information
- Management of projects to completion on time and within budget

The opportunity to work in a hybrid role 60% on site in St Neots.
