About Our Client

A growing financial advice firm in the Brighton & Hove area are seeking a Personal Assistant to the CEO on a permanent basis.

Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Personal Assistant will be;

  • Organising meeting and making appointments
  • Main point of contact for some clients
  • Works with a high level of integrity, confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Effective diary management
  • Arrange, prioritise and organise all external / internal meetings where required, with clear and professional communications
  • Arrange all travel and external stays in line with policy & produce agendas where complex travel arrangements exist
  • Email inbox management when requested; clearing, maintaining, organising etc

The Successful Applicant

The successful Personal Assistant will have;

  • Knowledge of working in financial services is advantageous but not a necessity
  • Good experience of similar roles or experience operating at PA Level
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal & written, maximises networking skills
  • Strong knowledge of Office software e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to use Outlook & other appropriate in-house systems
  • Have a high standard of prioritisation & organisation skills
  • Have strong influencing skills
  • Have flexibility, adaptability & is able to multi-task in a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Have the ability to work effectively in a team and build relationships
