Job Description

The successful candidate for the Payroll team leader role will be responsible for:

  • To ensure that Payroll is processed within agreed deadlines
  • Providing prompt and accurate payments to staff
  • Analysing data
  • Liaising with staff and managers to communicate and solve queries
  • Supervising and supporting more Junior staff

The Successful Applicant

The successful Payroll Team Leader will ideally possess the following skills:

  • AAT Level 4 or equivalent experience
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Working knowledge of Payroll and Pension processes
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience managing and supporting staff
