Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Payroll Manager will include;

  • Ensuring that Payroll is processed on a weekly and monthly basis according to deadlines
  • To analyse and investigate complex queries and discrepancies
  • To liaise with both staff and managers regarding discrepancies
  • Responsibility for the day to day management of the team
  • Checking reports and analysis
  • Monitoring KPI's
  • Maintaining and ensuring all operating procedures to a high standard

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in management, with specialist payroll knowledge and a can do attitude. The role is offering remote working, with office visits when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have relevant knowledge of payroll processes, legislation and people management along with strong IT and excellent communication skills.
