About Our Client
Our client a global business in their industry, are looking to hire a payroll manager to join their accountancy team on a full time permanent basis.
- Managing an end to end payroll process.
- Centralisation the EMEA regions.
- Leadership to and direct supervision of payroll and benefits advisor through effective coaching and performance management.
- Manage standard operating procedures ensuring they are maintained, up-to-date and fit for purpose.
- Responsible for ensuring the Company are compliant with statutory regulations
- Proactively identify and suggest continuous improvement across all aspects of
The Successful Applicant
- Have a good understanding of implementation process.
- Working knowledge on ADP Freedom.
- Dealt with both UK and foreign payrolls.
- Hands on approach.
- Can commute to Redhill for work
