Our Corporate FMCG Giant who have sites up and down the country are looking for a Payroll Manager to lead the team from their Bedford Complex. This fast paced FMCG has a payroll of 1700 strong across weekly and Monthly Payrolls. Although this corporate Giant has been having huge success across their various sites they still consider their employees to be their number one assets.

Job Description

The Key responsibilities for the Payroll Manager:

  • Process and procedure automation's
  • Create a Strong Payrol operating model
  • Ensuring Payroll documents processed are completed timely and accurately
  • Ensuring the company is compliant with tax and payroll laws
  • Ownership of KPI reporting
  • Ensuring internal and external audit compliance's with Payroll Matter
  • Business Partnering with deportment heads, key stakeholder and partners
  • Involvement and leadership in projects
  • Assisting with decision making through payroll data management

The Successful Applicant

The Payroll Manager:

  • Previous experience in Payroll Management
  • Previous achievement in change Management
  • Confident engaging with Senior Management
  • Knowledgeable of labour legislation and tax regulation
  • Great understanding of all aspects of Payroll/Finance
  • Previous Experience of ERP implementation
  • Customer focused
  • High level of discretion and integrity
  • Experience of working across multi-site
  • Strong understanding of project management
  • Excellent presenting and communication skills
  • Ideally CIPP qualified
