The role is working for a well established retail business who have an excellent record of offering internal promotion prospects to their employees and have a strong record of providing a positive working atmosphere.
The Payroll Manager will report to the Head of Finance, duties will include the day to day management of the payroll team, conducting regular one to ones and setting KPIs, overseeing the day to day operation of the payroll function, managing the relationship with the outsourced payroll function, improving the existing processes in the department and setting out new procedures and managing the strategic development of the department.

- Have previous experience of working as a Payroll Manager - Essential
- Have previous experience of using SAP - Essential
